*RETURN POLICY- Items may be returned for refund at our discretion within 14 days of delivery. All returns must have an invoice Number. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Returns after 14 days of the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days. Carefully pack your return. Returns without an invoice are subject to delayed processing. No freight-collect or COD returns accepted, return shipping charges on non-defective merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Parcels damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. ***ORDER TIME/ Shipping Schedule- All UPS orders are usually shipped within 24hours of receipt, or the next business day, if ordered over the weekend. Delivery time for orders shipped via UPS is typically 1-7 working days depending on location. We ship only via UPS. ***SHIP TO- We only ship within the USA. We require a physical address for all shipments. In-store pickups are encouraged during regular store hours, cutting out shipping charges. However, all in-store pickups are CASH ONLY. While appointments are not necessary, you can expedite by informing us your intention to pick the item up. ***SHIP CHARGE EXPLANATION- Shipping charges can be calculated on the items in your shopping cart before you place your order. *Payment Security- In our Online Ordering form, we collect visitor's contact information (billing, shipping and email address) as well as financial information (account or credit card numbers) with the purpose of processing and shipping orders.
